Peter Andreas Thiel

চুল কি শুধু বয়সের কারণেই পাকে? না, চুল ধূসর বা সাদা হয়ে যাওয়ার অন্তরালে রয়েছে আরও অনেক কারণ। অনেককেই দেখবেন অল্প বয়সেই চুল ধূসর হয়ে গিয়েছে, আবার অনেকের বয়স হওয়া সত্ত্বেও চুলে পাক ধরেনি। এর পেছনে জিনগত কারণ তো আছেই, আবার আছে লাইফ স্টাইল ও খাবারের ভূমিকাও। আসুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক, এমন কিছু খাবারের কথা, যেগুলো চুল পাকার গতিতে করবে মন্থর, অকালে চুল পাকতে দেবে না এবং ধরে রাখবে আপনার যৌবন।
১. বেরি জাতীয় ফল
নানান রকম বেরি জাতীয় ফলে আছে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ভিটামিন সি ও অ্যান্টি অক্সিডেনট। দেশি হোক বা বিদেশি, খাদ্য তালিকায় রাখুন প্রতিদিন বেরি জাতীয় ফল। এই দুটি উপাদানই স্বাস্থ্যকর ত্বক ও চুলের জন্য অত্যন্ত জরুরী। এরা কোলাজেনের উৎপাদন বাড়ায় ও অতিরিক্ত ফ্রি র্যা ডিকালকে নিস্ক্রিয় করার মাধ্যমে বয়স বৃদ্ধির প্রক্রিয়া ধীর করে তথা আপনার যৌবন ধরে রাখতে সহায়তা করে।
২. সবুজ শাজসব্জি
সকলেই জানেন যে সবুজ শাকসবজিতে থাকে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ভিটামিন, মিনারেল, অ্যান্টি অক্সিডেন্ট ও ডায়েটারি ফাইবার। একই সাথে আছে ভিটামিন বি, যা মাথার ত্বকের স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয়। চুলের যে কোন সমস্যা প্রতিরোধ করে ভিটামিন বি। হ্যাঁ, চুল সাদা হয়ে যাওয়াকেও।
৩. ওমেগা ৩ ফ্যাটি অ্যাসিড যুক্ত মাছ
মাছে অবশ্যই উচ্চ মাত্রার প্রোটিন আছে যা আপনার হাড়, চুল, ত্বক সবকিছুর জন্যই জরুরী। এছাড়াও সামুদ্রিক মাছগুলোতে আছে উচ্চ মাত্রার ওমেগা ৩ ফ্যাটি এসিড ও সেলেনিয়াম, যা শরীরে পর্যাপ্ত ও প্রয়োজনীয় হরমোন তৈরিতে ভূমিকা রাখে। সাথে অ্যান্টি অক্সিডেনট তো আছেই।
৪. চকলেট
চিনি বিহীন কিংবা স্বল্প চিনিযুক্ত চকলেটে আছে প্রচুর পরিমাণে কপার যা মেলানিন তৈরিতে সহায়ক। এই মেলানিনই আমাদের চুলের রঙ কালো করার ভূমিকা পালন করে। সারাদিনে একটুখানি চকলেট খেলে কোনও ক্ষতি নেই ।
৫. কাঠবাদাম
চকলেটের মত কাঠবাদামেও আছে প্রচুর কপার যা মেলানিনের পরিমাণ ঠিক রাখে। এছাড়া আছে প্রচুর ভিটামিন ই যা সুন্দর ত্বক ও চুলের জন্য খুবই জরুরি।
